洛醇是由多種醇類物質配製而成的產品。在檢測報告中，它的重金屬含量是汞 < 0.1 ppm，鉛 < 2.0 ppm，砷 <2 ppm；菌落總數 <10 CFU/g，糞大腸菌群：未檢出，綠膿桿菌：未檢出，金黃色葡萄球菌：未檢出。可以說洛醇是完全符合環保的。
洛醇有兩個能力和三大特點。一個是滲透能力、一個是整理能力，它能直達紗線中間，把紡紗前處理未達清潔標準的纖維重新清洗乾淨，令其回復本來的面貌和風釆。它無需熱水；使用方法簡單、方便、快，一氣呵成；手感特別，與眾不同，令人有一種前所未有的新鮮感，總是愛不釋手。
洛醇可以應用在紡織、漂染、製衣各個工序上，可以應用在家居清潔上，人體保健衞生上，納米技術後整理上………。
我們用9安士平紋7242原坯布做染前清洗試驗。先用4公升實驗室的管道自來水，與40克洛醇配成水溶液，剪一塊30 x 50 cm的布料，以手工操作，30分鐘後，再換4公升新配的水溶液，30分鐘後，再換4公升新配的水溶液，30分鐘後烘乾，經檢查，棉子売清除達98%，滴水測試結果是(高度20 cm) 吸水速度4 -5秒，白度接近6。
我們用兩條粘棉牛仔褲 (458 G/m2、13.5 OZ/YD2) 在廣州一個牛仔衣物洗衣廠做比試，一條由他們按日常操作方法 (熱水、退漿、酵素石仔磨洗、軟劑、有機硅油過軟) 用了83分鐘 (由開機至脫完水計) 一條由我們處理。我們用他們廠的管道自來水200公升，加洛醇1號 2KG，用他們廠的洗衣機設定60分鐘，再過清水2分鐘，脫水2分鐘，出來的效果是我們的手感比他們好 (軟、滑、立體感強) 顏色較鮮、活、明亮；他們有異味，我們氣息清新；他們褲袋沾色嚴重，我們沾色輕微。
我們用洛醇7號 處理一些色牢度未達標準的間色 (掛毛) 衣物，工藝也極其簡單，只要按 5克
/ 1公升水的比例，投料，把衣物放入洗衣機滾動1-3分鐘即可。處理過的衣物色牢度會有 (0.5-1) 所提高，手感好，色澤鮮活明亮，絕無飛色 (搭色) 現象。
我們曾經替內蒙古一個應用納米技術給羊絨做〝三防〞處理的羊絨衣物製品廠做過整理試驗，工藝極其簡單。只需用管道自來水按3克 / 1公升水加入洛醇98，配成水溶液，把衣物浸泡3分鐘，再開機，滾動1-2分鐘、烘乾後，手感前所未有的好，比一些未經納米技術處理的衣物手感還要好，色澤也回復過來，變得鮮、活、明亮；毫無異味。經測試〝三防〞的效果絲毫沒有減弱。
我們也曾為一些研究單位處理〝納米布料〞，同樣用管道自來水加入用洛醇99，只需5分鐘，就做出了一個手感軟、滑、蓬鬆、色澤鮮、活、明亮的效果，〝三防〞效果也毫無影響。
同樣，我們可以結合射流技術用洛醇處理納米塑料、納米玻璃、納米半導體等等物件，為其解決手感和色澤問題。
我們也可以將洛醇製成〝人體清潔〞劑，既可以用來洗頭髮、又可以洗手、沐浴。

LOKSION---a
multi-functional new product without any harm
LOKSION is made by many kinds of alcohol. In the test
report, the content of its heavy metal is as follow: mercury< 0.1ppm,
lead<2.0ppm, arsenic<2ppm; total bacterial count<10CFU/g.
Coliform, pseudomonas aeruginosa and golden staphylococcus are not been
found in LOKSION. Therefore, LOKSION is completely environmental protected.
LOKSION has two main abilities (infiltration and
coordination) and three characteristics. It can arrive into the yarn to
clean the fiber which can not meet the cleaning standard before spinning.
Therefore, it can make the yarn refresh. We don’t
need hot water to use LOKSION. Its usage is simple, convenient and fast.
You will feel quite soft and newly fresh. You will fondle admiringly.
LOKSION is widely applied in various produces of
spinning, bleaching & dyeing and garment. It can used to clean your
house and furniture. LOKSION can also used in body cleaning and
coordination after Nano technology etc.
We used 9 ounce of plain weave 7242 rudeness cloth to
make a cleaning test before dyeing. First we mixed 4 liters of tap water in
the lab with 40 grams of LOKSION. Then we cut a piece of cloth of 30x50 cm and wash it with the
mixture by hands for 30 minutes. We changed another 4 liters of new
mixture. After 30 minutes, we changed another 4 liters of new mixture. We
made it dry after another 30 minutes. According to the test, we can clear
98% of cottonseed hulls. The result of drip test (The height is 20 cm) was that the
bibulous speed was 4 to 5 seconds. The whitening degree was nearly 6.
We used two cotton jeans (458 G/square meter, 13.5 OZ/square yard) to make a cleaning test in a
jean garment cleaning factory in Guangzhou.
One cotton jean followed their daily treatment (hot water, dispelling
plasm, ferment and stone for rub washing, soften agent, soft with organic
silicon oil). It totally took 83 minutes (from the machine was turned on to
dehydration was finished). The other jean followed our treatment as
follows: We used their 200 liters of tap water, together with 2 kg of LOKSION 1 #. We
washed it with their washing machine, setting 60 minutes. Then clean it
with clean water in 2 minutes and dehydrated in 2 minutes. Our jean felt
much better than theirs (soft, smooth and 3D feels). The color was fresh,
bright and lively. Theirs was with some abnormal smell while ours smelt
fresh. Pocket color of theirs ran out seriously while that of ours ran out
just a little.
We use LOKSION 7 # to deal with some garment different
stripe of color whose color fastness didn’t meet
the standard. Its procedure was also quite simple. We only need to use 5
grams of LOKSION per 1 liter of water to mix. Then put the garment into the
washing machine from 1 to 3 minutes. After the treatment, the color
fastness of the garment can be increased from 0.5 to 1. The feeling is much
better than before and its color is fresh and bright without running out
any color.
We ever made a coordination test for cashmere in a
cashmere garment factory, who mainly did the “Three
Protection” treatment in Inner Mongolia. The
procedure was quite simple. We only used 3 grams of LOKSION 98 per 1 liter
water to dip the garment for 3 minutes. Then turn on the washing machine.
After one to two minutes, we made it dry. Its feeling was much better than
ever before, even better than the feeling of the garment without the
treatment of Nano technology. Its color has already been refreshed and
bright. It didn’t have any abnormal smell.
According to the test, the effect of “Three
Protection” treatment has not been weakened.
We also ever did some treatment for “Nano cloth” for some research
organization. We used tap water, mixing with LOKSION 99. Only after 5
minutes, the feeling of the cloth became soft and its color became lively
and bright. Its “Three Protection” treatment has not been affected.
We can also use LOKSION to deal with Nano plastic, Nano
glass and Nano semi-conductor etc. together with jet technology to solve
their problems of feeling and color.
We could also make some body cleaning agent for human
with LOKSION, for washing hair and hands and taking shower.
The application of LOKSION is too wide. As the
development of scientific technology, its future will be brighter and
brighter.

(2) 剝色時用10 –15克 / 公升水。
